- All Tyent and Alkalux model water ionizer ship directly from the warehouse in California. Orders received before 2pm EST will be shipped the same day (Monday through Friday). Orders received after 2pm EST (Monday - Friday) will be processed/shipped the next business day. All other products (accessories, H2Go Portable, replacement filters and other "non-water ionizer" products) ship from our location in Alabama within 24 hours (Monday - Friday) of receiving your order. Shipment tracking information will usually be available within 24 hours of receiving your order (Monday - Friday) however efforts to ensure the accuracy of shipment tracking information may delay shipment tracking updates for up to 48 hours.
- Shipment of your order may be delayed if the shipping address provided does not match an address verified by Google Checkout, PayPal or the address on file for the bank/credit card account used to complete the payment transaction. If additional shipping address verification is required you will be contacted by e-mail. Your order will be shipped within 24 hours (Monday - Friday) of verifying your shipping address.
- We reserve the right to change the shipping method as necessary in order to ensure you receive your order as quickly as possible.
- Privacy & Security
- We do not store credit card information on this website. We do not sell or otherwise distribute names, e-mail addresses, shipping, billing or other personal information provided during the checkout or registraton process.
- We do provide customer names, shipping addresses and phone numbers to UPS and other parties who require this information for shipping purposes, technical support, warranty verification or other customer support or order fulfilment.
- Returns & Replacements
- NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT A RETURN AUTHORIZATION FORM. If you would like to return an item please contact Tyent SuperStore for a Return Authorization Form which MUST accompany the return.
- 60 day money back gaurantee not aplicable for Tyent Lease Program, Tyent will repair, or replace broken ionizers for the term of the lease.
- All Tyent and Alkalux series water ionizers come with a 60-day money-back-guaranty less a 15% restocking fee and Tyent SuperStore's cost to ship the product to you. The unit must be returned in it's original manufacturer packaging, free of dents, dings or outer signs of use within 60-days of your original order. All manuals, parts, accessories, and any other materials shipped with the water ionizer must be returned with the unit as well.
- Tyent SuperStore offers a 100% 60-day money-back-guaranty on the H2Go Portable water ionizer less shipping cost.
- All other non-water ionizer products may be returned for a full refund, less shipping charges, within 30-days of the date of purchase IF the product is UNUSED, unopened, in the case of sealed products, the seal has not been opened, the product is returned in it's original packaging free of dents, dings or other damage to the product or product packaging and any instructions, parts and/or accessories included in with the product accompany the return. Filters that have been used are not eligible for return. Filters, shower filters or accessory items that are shipped in packaging sealed by the manufacturer will be subject to a 15% restocking fee if the seal/packaging has been opened.
- PLEASE INSPECT YOUR SHIPMENT AND PRODUCTS IMMEDIATELY UPON RECEIPT - If a product arrives damaged or without all necessary parts or if a shipment does not contain all products/parts associated with the shipment tracking number you have 5 business days to contact Tyent SuperStore to report the issue so that we can make arrangements for any necessary replacement.
- Ordering
- All orders are processed within 24 hours (Monday - Friday) of receipt of your order. Shipping addresses MUST match the address associated with the Google Checkout, PayPal or bankcard used at the time of purchase.
- Payment, Pricing & Promotions
- While we make every effort to provide accurate and up-to-date pricing and promotion information, system (and human) errors may occur from time to time. If we find a discrepancy between store pricing and authorized dealer pricing/packaging while processing your order we will contact you, if necessary, to discuss options regarding any difference in available pricing/packaging.
