If you’re drinking milk to build strong bones you might be surprised by the findings of a 12-year Harvard Nurses’ Health Study. This study followed over 121,000 female registered nurses in 11 states between the ages of 30 and 50 looking at associations between calcium sources, bone density and rates of bone and hip fractures – and the results may surprise you.

Alkaline Water and Stephen Lower Debunk
Thursday, Sep 22, 2011

Artificial Alkaline Water

It has been brought to my attention that there is a claim on the
internet about "artificially alkaline water." This website is saying that
the water that comes from a water ionizer cannot be naturally alkaline
because there is a gap between the pH and the alkaline minerals present in
the water. This false concept is that by putting the water through an
electrolysis chamber to split up the water molecules you will get a false pH
reading.
